Accessibility Statement

platform.aitrace.org aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard adopted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and required under the U.S. Department of Justice’s April 2024 Title II ruling for web assets used by state and local governments. The portal is currently partially conformant: parts of the content do not yet fully conform, and the known gaps are listed below.

Automated accessibility testing (axe-core, integrated into our end-to-end test suite) covers most portal pages. Known exceptions are the company detail and settings pages and the admin area, which are under remediation. This statement is based on our accessibility review of August 4, 2026.

Briefing PDF documents generated by the portal are not fully conformant with PDF/UA (ISO 14289-1) due to limitations in our PDF rendering library. These documents include metadata (title, author, language) but do not contain a tagged structure tree. If you need a screen-reader-accessible version of any briefing, please contact us at the address below and we will provide an HTML or Word alternative.

The mobile navigation menu has incomplete keyboard support. Some pages expose duplicate main landmarks. Some small warning text does not meet contrast minimums. These are under remediation.
